About This Role
Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential home, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and ensure each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP) is being carried out with quality and consistency.
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in human services
- 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with I/DD, seniors, or others needing full-time care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
